Join our six-week Mindful Grieving Group, a structured weekly series focused on creating a secure environment for emotional processing. Participants will engage with weekly themes that facilitate a thoughtful and safe exploration of the complexities of grief, including:

About Stacy
Stacy is a Denver-based Yoga Instructor and Mindful Grieving Facilitator with a deep commitment to the somatic arts. Her approach is rooted in the belief that the body stores what the mind cannot always process. By combining intentional movement, breathwork, and mindful meditation, Stacy provides clients with the essential tools needed for healing, emotional integration, and a deeper sense of self-connection.
Stacy’s foundation is built on two decades of dedicated yoga practice, further refined by her teacher training in Ubud, Bali. Her teaching focuses on intentional movement, breath awareness, and the cultivation of self-love to create space for clarity and calm. As a Mindful Grieving Facilitator, Stacy provides a safe, supportive container for those navigating loss. She views yoga as a powerful medium to move energy and release what no longer serves the individual, allowing the body to heal from the inside out.
Before transitioning into healing work, Stacy spent more than a decade consulting in the healthcare sector. This background gives her firsthand insight into the stress, burnout, and emotional weight of high-demand environments, directly influencing her grounded and empathetic teaching style.
Stacy begins every session by thoroughly exploring each client's specific goals. She then integrates these objectives into a personalized practice. This customized approach is designed to help clients regulate their nervous systems, safely re-establish connection with their bodies, and navigate life with increased ease.
Walking her own path of healing, Stacy feels a profound calling to share the transformative power of movement and presence to help others soften what has hardened. She believes that by staying present with our pain, we allow the body to do its natural, restorative work of mourning in order to return to a state of wholeness.
